Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

It was just great at Helga & Johann's! I'm super happy to have chosen their accommodation. The two are super warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable right away! The accommodation is unbeatable in terms of value for money. Even if there is no kitchen, a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and toaster are available, so you can always make a snack. You have an adjacent bathroom and a short hallway leads to your own toilet. The area is beautiful and Helga and Johann help with great pleasure in planning the excursions and always have good ideas and tips ready. If you want to be very well accommodated in a beautiful area at a great price, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Thank you for the wonderful time! It was perfect!

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Dream apartment directly in the ski/hiking area of Kitzbühel

The flat has a good floor plan. Located very close to the gondola and in the house there is also a restaurant, which is also recommended. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the seating furniture was all comfortable. The beds are also very cozy, while the pillows were not so comfortable for us. The full bathroom is very nice. The second, split, bathroom unit has a great shower & bathtub. Sauna is also provided. The separate toilet unfortunately only has cold water, which is a bit unpleasant. Communication was great and easy, Jan was always helpful and very friendly - really pleasant! We felt welcomed. All in all, recommended, a nice stay with close connection and great amenities.

Since we came to town for skiing, we really liked the location. Only a few minutes walk to the Hahnenkamm cable car as well as all the downtown apres ski action. The home is spacious with a living room and two bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped as far as dishes, cookware and silverware is concerned. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

charming country house. 5 min walk to the bus stop then 5 min ride (no kidding, I clocked it) to pengelstein 1 gondola. Christina was very friendly and responsive. would definitely come again
