The cabin is located in an absolutely single location, near the municipality of Puchenstuben, far from the nearest farm. The nearest farmed cabin is about 75 minutes walking time away. In summer, the cottage can be reached by an off-road VEHICLE, and in winter the ascent is only possible by touring ski, snow shoes or on foot, depending on the snow conditions.

On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! Leisure facility with outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and public playground within 250 m walking distance.
