The house was very cozy and welcoming. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The place is great for families with kids. Everything clean and the elevator or The toboggan run is easily accessible! All around great!

We drove with a group of 9 people and were looking for a quiet place where we all get in and we won't disturb anyone. This is exactly what happened to us and everything was absolutely perfect. Great located right next to the lift , with a beautiful view and in close proximity there was only tall grass in the hill so we didn't disturb anyone and no one disturbed us either. The place was beautiful and modern, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill available . We'll be sure to come back because this place was just what my friends and I were looking for. Also, the communication with the host was great and fast, so there was no problem.

We had a great time. Very close to skiing and town. Perfect with kids. Maybe update the address as Google sends us somewhere else.

We were 13 people & had a great weekend. Barbecuing, table tennis & we loved the large property.:)

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Quiet peaceful place, everything is comfortable and clear. Check-in is simple. For a family in the apartment everything was necessary. the host was always in contact with us

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a short drive to the ski slope and the cross-country trails. In case of a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended, as the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning option. The many rooms only have small closets, but they are perfectly sufficient, as we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen. The attic is quite low and more suitable for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

We had a really great stay at this cottage! The host was incredibly helpful-he explained everything accurately at the beginning and was available when needed. The cottage itself has its own unique atmosphere, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, perfect for resting. An additional advantage is the great location – close to both slopes or trails. Highly recommended🤌🏽🤌🏽

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

We were eleven people, all in their early twenties, who wanted to spend New Year's Eve together. The place ultimately exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable vacation. The communication before was relatively easy and we got all the necessary information we needed. The house is very cute furnished with everything you need. The ski resort can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, and you can also hike up and down everywhere. The house with the location is highly recommended!!

We were very warmly welcomed by Eva. The fireplace was already on in the house, so the vacation could start right away. Eva explained and showed us everything. We lacked nothing in the house. It was all lovingly decorated, clean and when the wood went out, a short message was enough. Eva also gave us recommendations for the area which were really great. Although the cottage is right on the residential building, we had a lot of privacy. The location is also great, you have many excursion options. We went hiking a lot and always liked to come back to the cabin. We highly recommend the place and the great hostess.

We found it super nice sooo cozy! Everything in it, everything is on it. Very good location, not far from the village church and the restaurant "otevrena" with very nice service. We enjoyed it very much, and have been on the ski slope every day. And also thank you for the restaurant recommendation "Na Perlicku", which can even be reached from the slopes on skis - the main thing is that you have enough crowns with you to pay cash;-) Thank you and best regards,

Great place for a quiet vacation. The cottage is newly renovated and very cozy. There are the areas of Herlíkovice and Černá hora nearby, so the ideal sign for skiing. The owner was helpful and gave advice on what to see in the area. The kids appreciated the quality internet!:)
