great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

We were a group (girlfriends) and felt very comfortable in the house. The very large and beautiful garden is particularly noteworthy. A top is of course also the sauna. You can also walk to Krasna Lipa (20-25 min). There were no spices in the kitchen, so you should bring them with you. Parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Otherwise, everything is great. I would book again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at Ondřej’s house. The house is very clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a large group, including our furry friends — we had three dogs, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is simply ideal: the surrounding nature is beautiful, and everything you might need is conveniently nearby. We’d also like to highlight the host — Ondřej is very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. We were more than satisfied and would happily recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We were very happy with the accommodation! It looks just like the photos and it was clean. The sauna is absolutely great. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and small freezer. Available to prekapavac for coffee. Nice private garden with gazebo, nice electric grill. It takes about 2 minutes to Pecka Castle. Two cars rowed well on the property. If you're traveling with a small ditet, comfortably put a mattress from one-one data to the ground to make it more safe to sleep. They always responded quickly and warmly from the host. We highly recommend it!! If we ever have a trip to these places, we will definitely choose Villa Pecka again.

We liked the stay in Klara’s house. We were the only guests and had the kitchen, living room, garden for us. Thanks for the thrusting! We visited the dam to have a little swim, saw the centra of Liberec and Jablonec but the highlight was a walk around the rocks at Besedicke Skaly. We had one rainy day but the house is cosy and comfortable to spend one day inside. Penny Market is on walking distance, other warehouses are a bit further but just 5-10 minutes by car. We met Klara just very shortly, but she was reachable by message. Thanks Klara, we enjoyed it!

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

We stayed in the lovingly and well-equipped house for the second time. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house is well equipped with hiking maps and tourist literature for the area. Although it does not have heating, we were provided with a fan heater, so it was pleasantly warm despite cool weather. We left a small donation for the additional electricity consumption without asking. At the house there is a small protected garden with terrace and barbecue. The vacation home is located on a barely used access road, so that children can play there. We will be happy to come back.

We came to Jawa Czy Zen over New Year’s break with our dog; our friends unfortunately cancelled last minute which meant we had the place all to ourselves for maximum privacy. We got what we were looking for: restful sleep and naps, outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, time to unwind, cooking simple meals. We were lucky that we had 4 sunny days there so we sat outside in the terrace with our hot drinks. Highlights are: the handmade soaps from local maker and linen spray, plus their large window, terrace and fireplace. It stormed one night and the entire village lost power for 1 hour, Patrycja sent husband over with candles and a headlamp for us. The fireplace and candles made our experience during the blackout cosy and warm. Since our dog is terrified of fireworks, the location was perfect! We could see fireworks from the mountain towns and they were far enough that our dog felt ok to do her toilet walks. We really recommend Patrycja’s place.

We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation with sauna, fireplace and hot tub very much! Everything is perfectly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. A really nice vacation home where you can relax wonderfully.

Thank you, dear Ludmilla. The beautiful house is great location – right by a stream and there is a lovely, large garden with a small bridge over the stream where you can go directly into the forest. There are several seating options outside and a fireplace and a huge winter garden with 2 levels where you can hear it splashing wonderfully in the rain. On the ground floor, the living/dining room and kitchen are connected and on the first floor are the 4 rooms. All really great and each with its own bathroom. We were 8 adults with 3 toddlers – that was a great fit. Ludmilla was very friendly and helpful and her little dog accompanied us faithfully on excursions :). In addition, a huge basket of fresh strawberries was left with us as a greeting in the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful time in this very lovingly designed house!

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful and peaceful location, only a short walk to hikes, climbing, restaurants and town centre with a lovely host. Would highly recommend and such a good deal, thank you!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in the absolutely beautifully furnished and also very extensively equipped house. We lacked nothing and Katarzyna was extremely nice and accommodating. The garden and the surroundings are fantastically green and beautifully quiet. We'd love to come back with the family, because we felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

Our stay was very calm and relaxing. The house is very private and it contains all that you might need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was very clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in. There are shops nearby and nature behind every corner. Very much recommended!

Accommodation with absolutely superior kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden that hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend and will be happy to come back in the future!

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.
