We had a great weekend. The area is nice and safe. The backyard was a hit for the family. Even though it was a little cold for me, the kids swam and played in the backyard. There was enough space for sleeping 8 of us. I would stay here again when visiting Tulsa. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The kids especially loved the pool—it was perfect for relaxing and having fun. The neighborhood is great, with a park just down the street and a big walking loop where you’ll see lots of friendly people out and about. We definitely recommend checking out The Gathering Place—it’s an amazing spot for families. We'd happily stay here again!

The house was spacious and I love the layout of the house! It was very peaceful and quiet. The GPS directions took me on a lot of twist and turns to get to the house but once I learned the neighborhood, I found a better way to get through the neighborhood to make it to the house. I hate the weather was good enough for us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and grill.

This house is wonderful!! Updated everywhere on a beautiful modern style. Beds and pillows and blankets were so comfy and I’m pretty picky! This house inspired me to want to renovate mine! My kids loved the pool and hot tub the most. Playroom upstairs was fun too. I cooked a large meal and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I’ve ever seen. Full spice cabinet, every utensil, pan, bowl, tray, and serving dish you’d ever need as a chef. The host Brooksey was amazing to work with. She was over the top responsive and helpful over every little thing. I felt to well taken care and she is just a super sweet lady! I’m so glad we chose to rent here and we would love to come back.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

This was a positive overall experience. The house was well-equipped, & the saltwater pool was a highlight, particularly appreciated by family members sensitive to chlorine. While accurately depicted in photos, the pool's compact size is worth noting. We encountered a few minor issues. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not operational, resulting in a very warm house. The host responded promptly & commendably arranged for same-day repair. However, communication regarding the technician's arrival time, which extended past 10 PM, could have been more precise. Also, the two secondary bedrooms are modest in size. The property comfortably accommodates 4-5 guests in beds; the advertised capacity of up to 8 relies on the provided king & queen air mattresses. These larger air mattresses do not fit well in the secondary bedrooms, requiring their placement in the main living area or the spacious master bedroom. Supplying twin-sized air mattresses may offer more comfortable sleeping options.

This was a great place to stay. We had exhausting days and it was a nice place to wind down and relax in the afternoon. Very clean and well taken care of. Located in a beautiful part of town. The pool was very nice but seemed a little cloudy. Picked up a test strip while I was out and checked it before letting the kids swim and everything was well within range. Probably pollen. The master bath door could use a little more thought for the sake of privacy and placing garage door openers in a more conspicuous place would be nice. Didn’t see them until we were checking out. Same price as a local hotel with two adjoining rooms.

This is the second place I’ve been to by the same people one of the most unique places I’ve ever seen.

I travel a lot with my husband for his work. This was one of the cleanest and nicest Airbnb locations. It was extremely well stocked. A nice coffee bar with multiple choices of sweeteners and creamers. When I arrived, I realized that I had forgotten my razor but the all the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, hair dryers, toothpaste and disposable razors. I only wish I could have stayed longer. It was also incredibly close to restaurants and stores and all my door dash food arrived within 30 mins or less. When I return, I will check this location to stay first.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Great location and Melody was super responsive and even gave us suggestions on what to do if it was rainy!

Neighborhood was excellent. Hosts were responsive and helpful. House was as shown/described - lovely. Beds very comfortable! Park and pond with walking sidewalks just steps away from the house were a huge benefit for us. Great stay.

Beautiful home, multiple amenities, had 2 bathrooms and 3 nice bedrooms, perfect size.

Drew went "full HGTV" remodeling this 1927 farmhouse on a peach orchard! Other travelers may want to know it is on a highway. Although it's set back from the road, at peak times, it was loud. Nevertheless, for our purposes, it worked just fine and we were happy to stay in such a lovely property.

Berres’s house spacious big couch big TV very comfortable bed. Washer dryers work well clean bathroom worth it.

We stayed at the garden house for our wedding and it was the perfect spot! Super close to Spain Ranch and the perfect aesthetic for getting ready pictures! Definitely matched my vintage themed wedding!

Guy was very responsive, and we were glad to hear he has other properties in Tulsa and Bentonville. We would definitely visit here again. The Firehouse was very convenient to all of our local destinations.

We loved our stay at Johnathan’s. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring Tulsa. Relaxing, inside and out, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood with cute park only walking distance away this house ticked all of our boxes (and the bed must be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in). We would definitely stay there again should we get another opportunity to visit Tulsa!

This was a great house for our large family trip. Daniel was very responsive. The house was clean and met our needs. I might suggest a few more towels. And also the drive from the street to the house is steep. But the neighborhood is beautiful and the house has lots of things for the kids to do and also there are several balconies, which we loved. We enjoyed our stay.

Rachel made us feel welcome from the time of booking until our departure. It was a Ritz Carlton experience. Upon arrival the home was clean and had a welcoming smell. The furniture was quality, nicely arranged and comfy, allowing us to feel at home. The home was stocked with all of the necessities that you might need from quality body soap, hand soap, kitchen essentials, loads of board games, books, outdoor games, Wi-Fi and so much more. My family enjoyed our stay and got some quality time together. The home was perfect. You can tell that Rachel and Rick enjoy hosting their home and are awesome at it. My family truly had an awesome time. Thank you for making our reunion a memorable experience. Hope to visit again in the future. We left inspired as we all headed to our destinations.

Great and comfy home. Easy access to most everything you need. Would recommend staying again.
