Love the okra Inn such a beautiful historical home. Way more room than expected and super cozy for the family. Would return for next trip.

Dan was so accommodating for my partner and I. We were traveling to New Orleans to get married and Dan went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. I communicated with him often during our stay and it felt like talking to an old friend. I would recommend this listing and the host to anyone I know! We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

My brothers and I were in town for our cousin graduating from med school. I contacted Jared to see if we could arrange for a later check out due to the celebration festivities and with a quick response he said yes it’s not a problem. Everything was just as described and like the photos. I will stay here again in the future for sure. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Kimberly’s place was perfect for us. Every time I walked in the door I felt peaceful. Perfect amount of decorating, understated furniture with New Orleans flair. The home is immaculate!! Not a speck of dust anywhere. The floors are original and wonderful to walk on. The high ceilings and chandeliers made the rooms feel special and even more spacious. Perfect blend of original, restored and updated. Super comfortable beds. Real plants in every room!—all the right touches to make me feel at home. Highly recommend!!

This was a terrific place to stay. Walkable to Frenchmen Street but far enough that it was quiet at night. Dana was a good communicator and quickly supplied soap that had run out. Overall, I highly recommend.

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

Everything was exactly as described. Alleshia was very responsive to all inquires. We ended up being there during terrific downpours, so we spent cozy hours indoors. The neighborhood is interesting and some of the properties are undergoing a face lift.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at Mason’s place. It was so great having private pool to relax by. Walmart is literally behind the house so very convenient to get everything needed. Even hard liquor which I always forget LA has everywhere and you can buy anytime! From TX here and we can only buy liquor at specific stores and specific times so I’m always surprised when I see that. 🙂 Would definitely stay again at this little oasis.

Such a beautiful and spacious home. It was super easy to get into and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and using the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and neighbors were friendly. Would 100% return!

We had a fantastic time at Lori's beautiful home. There's so much to do in New Orleans (and we were only there for three nights) so we didn't spend a *ton* of time at the house, but if we'd been there longer the home was perfect for staying in & relaxing. Well stocked, clean & beautiful!

The space was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had ample room, and the house was clean and large. It was only a block away from the St Charles streetcar, making it sup easy to zip down to the French Quarter and walk around. There’s great spots to eat in walking distance, and right off the highway to zip all around New Orleans. We had a fabulous trip and the house was great!

Perfect is how I would describe the home, 15 minute drive to the airport, 20 mins into down town, 5 mins to the causeway bridge. The house is in a cute neighborhood that’s quiet, the backyard is filled with birds and plants. It’s kind of perfect - you are to everything, but you feel very relaxed and secluded in this quiet neighborhood. Tons of food delivery options close, as well as places to eat out, not to mention the gourmet kitchen at your disposal. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. Host really does want you to feel at home and there are little touches like shampoo/ soap / conditioner. Sodas and waters in the fridge, dimmable lights… everything about check in and out was clear, communication was perfect. It was perfect spot for us.

Our multigenerational group from age 6 to 71 (including college students) was very comfortable. Having bathroom in each room is amazing. AC worked well on a hot day, kitchen is great for cooking and we enjoyed gatherings on the couch watching TV and talking. Yes, the street that the house is on is noisy, but some of us used earplugs at night, others didn’t need anything at all and slept like babies. The beds are sooo comfortable! The fact that the place is within walking distance from Rouses Market, amazing restaurants and a kids playground is just an amazing bonus. The city life at its finest for sure. Highly recommend.

Always nice to stay at Kaye’s place when we visit our family

We had a great stay and felt right at home. The bed was comfortable, and the space was very roomy. Very cool historical home. While the neighborhood isn’t one we’d choose to walk around at night, we never felt unsafe during our stay. The location was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. We would definitely stay here again! The host’s were very nice as well!

Great location. 5-10 minutes away from the airport. Easy to checkin Trevor was very helpful and commucative. Place was clean. We were three people in total I personally prefer a dark room to sleep the living area with the pullout sofa gets super bright in the morning so it's hard to get some sleep if you are a light sleeper. The place a lot of nice touches from the host. bathroom had all the necessities and some extra that I was not expecting that were a great surprise; the bidet was a nice touch I didn't get to use it tho. overall great experience and it fit my and my friends needs. thank you Travor for your hospitality

Great place to stay for early airport departure! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms for showers with plush towels. Well kept cozy home.

Wonderful comfortable place. The kitchen was super to cook in. The porch is great and there is a fabulous grocery store and several great restaurants and bars nearby. There is a party place (private club?) next door so may want earplugs if that would bother you. Didn’t bother us at all. You can take streetcars and buses from area. Beautiful City Park close by for exploration

We truly had a wonderful time! The place was great and very comfortable. It was beautiful! There was so much within walking distance, including the mall. We were in a good location and within 15-20 minutes to downtown New Orleans and the airport. Our family of 4 appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms as well. It was hard to tell from the picture what was surrounding the location, but there is plenty to do and great restaurants near-by. It was just an all-around great place for our stay. If we are back in the area, this would be our home away from home!!
