House vacation rentals in Jefferson County

Tue's house is in the cutest neighborhood that is very quiet. The house is next to a street that is a little busy but at night we couldn't hear any cars. There is a view of the mountains from the back porch which are beautiful. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Denver so the location was not bad at all. The house is beautiful with a big master bathroom. Vanesa, the co host, was very communicative and responded quickly if we needed anything. We were a little unsure about the owner living in the basement, but we never saw or heard anything and pretty much forgot that he was there as well. Will definitely be back if stay in Arvada again

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location

This place was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. We loved the property & felt very safe. It was easy to get to anything we wanted, and it was also fun to just stay home and swim, soak in the hot tub, or play games in the garage. We had everything we needed in this amazing space!! We would hands down stay here again. We feel so lucky that we found it. Kyle was very helpful as well, as we tripped a bathroom outlet and couldn’t figure it out. He FaceTimed to walk us through it. Everyone got their hair dried on time :)

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

Very convenient for a company with children, there are all the amenities, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, gaming machines, and bunk beds.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive and was able to accommodate an extended checkout. We stayed here with 12 guests and never felt cramped at all.

Trisha’s place was perfect! We stayed for a week and felt right at home. She communicated very well. Gave us easy to follow instructions and always answered any questions promptly. The location was PERFECT! It was right by a Walmart, great restaurants, only 25 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from the nearest ski slopes. The house was more than enough space for myself, husband and our 7 year old son with an extra bedroom to spare. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood as well. The only thing it didn’t have was a washer and dryer but we packed enough clothes or bought new ones to work around that. I 10/10 recommend this home and the amazing host Mrs. Trisha! We will definitely be coming to stay again!

One of the best properties we have rented. Cute and clean and the location is isolated enough to feel private, but not so far away that you feel isolated. Stores and restaurants are 10-15 minute drive. Dear and Elk shoed each day, RIGHT OUT FRONT as we watched out the window in the morning drinking coffee enjoying the scene. If we ever return for a concert at Red Rocks (the reason for our trip) we would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs! Good lighting, safe neighborhood, quiet, walking distance to the grocery store, well equipped kitchen, very communicative host. Would definitely book again when we’re in the area!

Beautiful place with beautiful scenery surrounding the area was easy to get to and get to Red Rocks upper south lot! We had such a great time at the Stick Figure show and getting back to this place took literally 15 minutes. Awesome place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy cabin and attending a show at Red Rocks! If there were six stars, I would give them six! Highly recommended.

If you are thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it now. The hosts have thought of everything. The accommodations are tasteful, homey and full of amenities. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this ranks at the top.

Chad was a responsive host, providing clear and friendly communications. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean, modern, bright, and architecturally appropriate to the mountain setting. Although it is located in an area that requires a fair bit of driving for most activities, it is scenically situated and provides a convenient base for hiking anywhere in the front range. The house is spacious with ample room to spread out with a group of four. I hope others take care of the property as much as we did for the enjoyment of others.

The location and house are beautiful. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner on the patio and it was perfect. Angela was great to work with for our stay.

This place is a gem. The house is in a stunning, secluded spot—so peaceful that on our first day, an elk walked right up to the window. It really feels like you're away from it all, yet you're only about 20 minutes from Denver. The house itself is very clean, thoughtfully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The instructions for getting there were clear and made check-in easy. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which was a nice surprise given the remote location. Terri was a great host—super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway close to nature but not too far from the city, this is a fantastic choice. We absolutely recommend it.

They really thought of everything - so many thoughtful items for our kids, from the awesome dollhouse to spare emergency diapers in the pantry, we felt so at ease, taken care of, and relaxed here. Perfect for families, beautiful drive up the mountain from Evergreen. Super responsive and helpful host. Cannot wait to recommend this to others visiting the area!

Our family of five stayed at Christopher’s place for two nights while attending a show at Red Rocks. The location was easy to find and provided convenient access to and from the amphitheater. The house was spacious, the linens were fresh, and the interior was clean and well-kept. We especially enjoyed the hot tub—it worked perfectly and was a great way to relax. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are CO natives that live in OR now. We were in town for a graduation, Mothers' Day, and to visit many family members that live in Kittredge, Evergreen, and Bailey, so this was the perfect central location. The house is absolutely lovely. Despite having a 3 year old and a 9-month old, we felt very comfortable and were able to settle right in. For me, the quiet and beautiful patio was just what I needed to start and finish my days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and maintain routine from that regard. We regret not getting a chance to use the pool table. Overall, this is an absolute gem and we will be looking to stay again on our next visit!

What really made the stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly informative and responsive, providing tons of helpful details and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my trip. Beautiful. We watched elk from the windows and balcony, which was a special experience for my east coast family. The surroundings are perfect for getting a Colorado experience while being close to the amenities of Golden, Denver, and Boulder.
