Im wunderschönen Bayerwald erwartet euch ein kleines Tinyhouse mit sehr gemütlicher Terrasse die zum entspannen einlädt. Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Cozy roof house with terrace and large garden for 4 people. Beautifully situated, overlooking the nearby lake and mountain ranges. Excellent leisure opportunities. Hiking and biking trails are almost right by the house. Within five minutes you can reach Waldkirchen with a thermal bath, a large outdoor pool and an ice rink. There are great shopping opportunities there. Within thirty minutes, ski lifts, treetop path and the national park with bears, moose and other animals.

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
