This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Comfortably peaceful and cozy Honkapirtti by the clean Pälkänevesi. The cottage is about 3km from the center of Pälkäne, grocery stores, etc. The slopes and outdoor terrain of the Sappee ski resort are 23 km away. If it feels like a long trip to Sappee, the heart of Syrjänharju is also a perfect setting for outdoor activities and exercise. One double bed, one bunk bed, plus a sofa bed. The cottage has its own beach. The beach is shallow and mostly hard-bottomed.
