The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the midst of a rush, a bunch of people. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää., Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house is from 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and cottage in the semi-detached area. Here you can experience the peace of the countryside close to the city in the culturally and historically significant village of Okeroinen; the distance to the centre of Lahti is 7 km, to Helsinki 100 km. Near my destination Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroisten equestrian stables, bus stop 1,3 km, nearest store about 2 km. Okeydoke mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the door. Accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and nature sports enthusiasts.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

A touch of Nordic living

Petsamo Apartment is fully equipped, light and spacious upper floor apartment in a private wooden house. Two bedrooms and a big open space for kitchen and living room with two sofa bed. About 80 square meters, accommodates max 7 persons. Own entrance, free parking and free use of the patio with grill. Situated in green and quiet environment, 700 meters to the centre and 1500 meters to the railway station. Good train connections: 50 minutes to Helsinki and one hour to the Helsinki airport.

A three-bedroom house, a spacious kitchen, a large living room, two toilets, one with a shower, and a sauna section and a spot for one car. Bus car stop at. The rent includes bed linens and towels. Downtown 4 km. The house is a duplex. At my disposal. I'm renting out a space that's my home. That's why you'll also check out my design preferences. If you are looking for hotel neutrality this is not your place. I am usually available in the other flat of the house where my parents lived.

Lush nature surrounds the house. The river is a lifeline of the area and you may spot birds, otters, foxes and other animals right from the window!

Cute Cottage in Finnish Landscape

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.

Villa Mikkola

Cozy 2nd floor apartment in the countryside. 2nd floor apartment has its own open consept kitchen, a large living room and 3 bedrooms and one bathroom/toilet. One bedroom with double bed. Two bedrooms with single beds. My family lives in the downstairs apartment. We have a small dog, but the dog has never been in a second-floor apartment. If you are very allergic to dogs, you should know this.
