Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Less than 10 minutes down to fantastic swimming area, fun for children. In the yard, there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. The house is 10 minutes by car/bus to the university town of Östersund, venue for the Biathlon World Cup, and just over an hour by car/train to Åre, venue for the FIS Alpine Word Ski Championships. In addition to the main house, the farm has its own lake frontage and 100 acres of forest which is perfect for walking, cross country skiing, picking berries and spotting moose.
