Vacation rentals with beach access in Jamestown

Great host, extremely responsive and consistently checking in on us to make sure everything was spot on. The listing was accurate and everything was already taken care of before we arrived but I can imagine she would have been extremely responsive if required. I would highly recommend this place due to the proximity to downtown Newport without all of the immediate hustle and bustle and a nice cozy place to relax to end your day.

We had a wonderful stay at Shamrock House in South Kingstown, Rhode Island! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our host, Gretchen, went above and beyond—she even left us freshly baked soda bread and Irish butter, which was such a thoughtful and delicious touch. Gretchen was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Location is amazing and apartment is in pristine condition. Alice was an amazing host and we had great communication throughout our stay. The Airbnb also had everything needed to make sure we were comfy. Alice truly thought about everything to make sure guests feel right at home. Would recommend and will stay again!

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

We stayed here for our mini moon and it was perfect!! We could walk everywhere, and the apartment itself was a great size, clean and easy to get to. It felt very safe and we could not have been happier with this experience!

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

Meredith's place was perfect for our weekend visit. We were there specifically for a wedding and realized the welcome party was right across the street at the Muse ( a local pub that it lots of fun with great food) other restaurants and activities within walking distance and as we didn't go to the beach, Its not too far of a drive:)

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

Great stay in Newport, perfect, quiet location away from the summer craziness of downtown. Extremely walkable, to restaurants, coffee shops, downtown and the harbor. Place was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was a very responsive and friendly host. Loved the private backyard courtyard to sit and have coffee or a meal. It was nice to have a driveway to park the car. We would definitely stay here again, recommended!

We had a nice stay at the quaint East Ferry Cottage. Lisa and Jenna were friendly hosts that provided good detail for the stay. The extra treats in the kitchen were a nice welcoming touch. The cottage was very clean. Jamestown was peaceful and scenic. Beavertail State Park had a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed meals at Beech and JB's on the Water in Jamestown. We had many excursions across the bay in nearby Newport, too, like sailing, the cliff walk and mansion tours.

Kathleen’s home is quaint, comfortable and offered outstanding views. Kathleen was friendly, very responsive and excited about her family home and the area. We highly recommend her home. Tom and Barbara

This rental looked exactly like the pictures. The wine and bags of ice were very nice touches. The only thing that could have been better were some extra linens/towels. We stayed for 2 nights but we used this as a bridal suite while getting ready and ran out of towels quickly. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer for towels. It looks like they are slowly doing some updates so I’m sure it will look even more amazing when we come back. Can’t wait! Loved your home away from home.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

I highly recommend staying here as a home away from home retreat! Our stay was relaxing and cozy with a peaceful view of the water. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!
