Great host, extremely responsive and consistently checking in on us to make sure everything was spot on. The listing was accurate and everything was already taken care of before we arrived but I can imagine she would have been extremely responsive if required. I would highly recommend this place due to the proximity to downtown Newport without all of the immediate hustle and bustle and a nice cozy place to relax to end your day.

Pat was an incredible host, she met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour. We felt very at home. The apartment was adorable and just like the listing, we were a quick drive to downtown newport and had a morning walk to the cliff walk and beach.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great - there was coffee and supplies for it as well as some bottle water in the fridge. The place was quiet and clean and in a good location. Sean communicated well with us and we had a nice time.

Location was perfect. Short walk to restaurants and nightlife, while still in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The room is spacious and homey.

Connie's place was an excellent stay in the heart of Jamestown. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk down the main street to all the restaurants and shops. We took the Ferry over to Newport one day and it was easy and a great way to enjoy the bay! Connie had everything we needed for our stay, and it was much appreciated as I had forgotten a few toiletries that luckily, she had in the apartment. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family who come visit the area!

Elaine's apartment was quite literally the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at - it may possibly be the cleanest room we've ever stayed in, inclusive of high-end hotel brands. The apartment itself is really cute, the view/deck was great, and Elaine was the "right amount" of responsive. Proactive without being intrusive. The area really suited our visit well with a few local restaurants but easy access (a short 10-min drive) to Newport, RI ... at least during the early part of the tourist season, which is when we visited. Fancy milled soap is an included nice touch although don't forget to bring your own shampoo and conditioner! Overall, a really nice stay that we would come back to.

Our stay was fabulous! Anke was very kind, the place was beautiful and well maintained. Though it is a small room, it seemed huge because of how well the place was laid out! We enjoyed our time and would love to come back :)

Jen's place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding weekend and the apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a cute little patio area for us to lounge by during our downtime. Everything was super clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and made us feel very relaxed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Jen's!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

Great place to stay! The building's exterior was cute and inside was really nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom & shower well stocked. The hosts were really friendly & accommodating. Crystal clear instructions & communication. The day of our check-in, they messaged us that we could check-in a few hours early, and the day of check-out, they allowed us to check-out later than the usual time, which was really helpful. The house is also in a great location. It's down the street from Jitter's Cafe which serves amazing breakfast & coffee. We ate here every morning of our stay. Besides the cafe, the location provides easy access to the rest of Kingstown and to Providence. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it's that the bedroom didn't have blinds, and the curtains let through a lot of light, so the sun woke us up when it rose. Not a big deal at all, but blinds or blackout curtains would improve the room and make it basically perfect. Thank you for a great stay!!

We had a delightful stay while coming to a graduation in Providence. Our hosts were responsive and super friendly. The place is clean and tidy and exactly as described. I wish we were in Wilford longer and could have stayed to see the parade go right by our front door! Hopefully, next time.

Great spot. Just like the photos. Has a local neighborhood vibe and easy walk to the popular Newport attractions. Love the heated floors in the bathroom. Sue was a great communicator and was very helpful.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my work trip - well-appointed, comfortable, beautiful location. Easily walkable to cafes, restaurants, and kayak/paddleboard rentals. The bed is so comfortable and I slept like a baby! Trisha is a proactive, responsive, incredibly kind host. I will absolutely stay here on my next work trip and I recommend that you do, too!

I had a wonderful one month long stay at Whit’s beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. The surroundings were serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway—exactly what I needed. The property was well-maintained and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whit was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality and kindness. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

Matthew was a gracious host very good communicator very responsive. The place is easily accessible close to the highways in downtown Providence.

Staying at Charlotte's was very relaxing. Easy Check -in , Clean, comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was very nice also. I would Definitely recommend this place to others
