Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

The house was great and Heath was very responsive and helpful. Very clean house with lots of space and great location!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend here! The home is so relaxing and perfect for a getaway! Outside is so peaceful and beautiful! Not too far from the lake if you’re looking to spend a day there! Joseph was great! Will definitely be booking again!

This house was spacious yet cozy for our family's stay. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds! We appreciated the chairs on the front porch and around the fire pit to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals in and was impressively stocked with needed items which we appreciated. David, the host, is truly a super host. He communicated all necessary information prior to arrival and made everything so easy for us and anticipated any needs we would have. We highly recommend this house as a home away from home that all would enjoy!

Nice place right on the river! Enjoyed our stay, the town or Warren and the surrounding natural beauty of the Allegheny National Forest!

Cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to Lucille Ball Memorial Park on Lake Chautauqua. Kristyn was friendly, proactive, and accommodating. Will stay again if I'm ever back in Celoron.

We came for a night to Amanda’s place and we fell in love. From the decor, to the fully stocked amenities, the very thoughtful touches of a home away from home, we had everything we needed for a good night with friends. Amanda left us eggs and we enjoyed them for breakfast, as well as a fire before we left. As a book lover I would be remiss if I did not mention the absolute treasures Amanda has on her shelves. We came to get out of the city and this was the perfect respite. Next time we’re bringing our own food to cook in this fully stocked, gorgeous home. The town is full of local, rural folk and the local bbq restaurant, while their food was good, it’s not the vibe for us city dwellers. We’re forever fans of the chickens and duck drama we were witness to, so much main clucking characters competing. Thank you Amanda, for the best experience.

This is our second time staying at this place and I would stay again! It was the perfect amount of space for 6 people. Everything was very clean and all amenities worked as advertised. The property is so beautiful and peaceful, we could have been happy never leaving and enjoying our whole time there! The area is simple and quiet, but plenty to do if you like wine and nature. The hosts were extremely helpful and proactive of our stay. This place is also perfectly dog-friendly and my corgi made himself right at home. I highly recommend this property for family getaways or just a calm, romantic weekend.

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the cozy cottage was great for a long weekend away with the family (including our golden). The cottage was cute, clean and just what we needed for some family time at the lake. The dock access was great and even though we were there in October it would be amazing to have dock access in the summer months too! Kelsey, Olivia and their parents were super friendly and it was nice to know someone was on the property in case anything came up. Hoping to come back again in the summer!

Sean's place is peaceful & beautiful. Most impressive was how spotless the entire place is. The pride in his ownership shows & is appreciated. He is a very pleasant, responsive & thorough host. The place is tastefully decorated with quality items. We will definitely go back!

Paula and her husband have a WONDERFUL home! We loved staying here and would recommend our stay with anyone! There were so many amenities and the place was absolutely gorgeous! The ups and extras were fantastic - thank you so much!

My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. But more important, my mother who usually finds something that is not quite right, didn't find anything. It is so important to have our mother enjoy everything, so we loved that she did. We found so many nice kitchen items available and didn't need a thing in the kitchen. And the fleece blanket supply kept my mom warm. (the place is the perfect temperature; she is always cold.) We had enough room for our two CRVs and didn't have any issues getting in or out of the neighborhood. We wish we were coming back in 2025 but our family reunion is not at the lake so we hope to return to this cottage in 2026. THANK YOU

It was a great place to stay. Very clean. My Great Grandchildren came over and we had a beautiful time fishing and playing out back. I would definitely stay here again. 5 STATS.
