We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the kitchen well-equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with beautiful views, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

We had a great time! The host is very kind and the house is even better then the pictures show! I recommend!

Kim’s home is among the nicest Air B&Bs we’ve stayed at. It was spacious (two separate bedrooms and a big living room), spotless, and had a great location just outside the busier old city center. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked…we really couldn’t ask for anything more. Although there are some steep stairs at the entrance, it was typically Dutch, and really no problem even with luggage.

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, not enough laundry afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have made a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

Pierre is a very nice host, always ready to answer our questions, share his tips and multiply the small touches. Our stay in this beautiful house made us feel great. The environment is magnificent, the trails start at the foot of the house. It's a wonderful discovery. Absolutely recommend.

We had a very nice stay! The house is clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. The host is very welcoming and gave nice tips for walks. Communication was very smooth. The garden is large and well fenced and there is plenty to do in the area.

Beautiful villa. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Rather than having a party we preferred to rent the villa with the children and grandchildren. It was a wonderful stay. Nothing is missing. Activity for all ages. A very nice place to spend a wonderful time with friends or family. Nothing is missing for all ages. We will go back. If we could, we would book regularly from now on instead of buying a vacation home ourselves. But the little tiny house with pool and garden is probably very popular. Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and great for dogs. However, I mention that the garden fence is good except for the bottom part that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

Unique stay with a lot of extra's such as a sauna, swimming pool and playgrounds. We had a great stay, just keep in mind the additional costs at the end + the bedsheets.

We stayed for our annual girls' weekend in the accommodation and enjoyed our stay there. Everything was as described in the listing, available. The house is modern and has a special charm. We would recommend the accommodation to everyone and felt very comfortable.

Very cozy small apartment on an old estate with everything you need and in the middle of nature. Hiking trails right outside the front door. Horses, a dog and a cat that visited us in the apartment on the last morning ;-) We will be happy to come back!

Lovely spot for a weekend away, would have liked to stay longer. We were two couples and one 22 month old and it suited really well. Nice river walk nearby and convenient to walk to bakery and playground. Easy for quick trip into Aachen as well.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is very cozy and has a lot of charm. It is conveniently located in the city center of Monschau and everything is within walking distance. There are many interesting things to explore nearby. Anke gives good recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

The apartment and also the communication could not be better. We have never experienced such a well-equipped and clean apartment. Everything is extremely lovingly and generously planned and equipped. We were particularly pleased about the small welcome with chocolate and water in the fridge. The apartment has everything in sufficient numbers and in addition to details , such as umbrellas , toothpicks and cosmetic towels.. as I said very lovingly and thought out!

What a wonderful stay, what a beautiful decor, what a view, what a beautiful area for walking, a wonderful hot tub, a wonderful sauna, in short everything perfect, incl. the wonderful beds. We will definitely be back here again!
