The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. Ideally located in a quiet area for lovers of nature hikes, for sports enthusiasts, close to the RAVel, 3 minutes from the center of Spa with its thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Guest house independent of our family home, brand new, cozy interior, practical and comfortable in a "workshop" atmosphere, the decor varies according to the seasons, from spring to Christmas atmosphere. You have a terrace, garden and petanque court.

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Our accommodation is 10 minutes from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The spa town of Spa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 10 minutes away. Come and enjoy the hikes and walks of our beautiful region: Signal de Botrange; Pont de Belleheid; Lac de la Gileppe

Here is the Igloo, with an original and atypical exterior look and a big warm cocoon while round inside just making you want to relax. Located near the "Le Chalet suisse" restaurant in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3 km), the igloo will be the ideal starting point for beautiful walks, relaxation at the Thermal Baths (2 km), a game of golf (500 m) or a visit to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Ideal natural environment for a bucolic and relaxing stay. - reduced price for 3 nights or more (excluding holidays and vacations) - for 2 guests, the price includes the use of only one room, if you want to use both rooms, an extra €20 will be requested - (please note, the cottage is not suitable for young children under 12 years old)
