The refuge

The listing is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Solwaster. Easy access thanks to its private parking, come and relax in an old 1800 farmhouse. The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. In summer☀️, you can enjoy your fully private and fenced outdoor area and watch a movie by the fireplace 🔥 in winter. At the shelter, everyone is welcome, so don't hesitate to bring your furry friends! 🐶

Ideally located in a quiet area for lovers of nature hikes, for sports enthusiasts, close to the RAVel, 3 minutes from the center of Spa with its thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Guest house independent of our family home, brand new, cozy interior, practical and comfortable in a "workshop" atmosphere, the decor varies according to the seasons, from spring to Christmas atmosphere. You have a terrace, garden and petanque court.

The studio is in the middle of nature and yet the beautiful Euregio cities can be reached by car in +/- 30 minutes: Liège, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Eupen train station invites you to take a direct trip to Liège, Brussels, Ostend or Bruges ...

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
