Ideally located in a quiet area for lovers of nature hikes, for sports enthusiasts, close to the RAVel, 3 minutes from the center of Spa with its thermal baths and 10 minutes from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Guest house independent of our family home, brand new, cozy interior, practical and comfortable in a "workshop" atmosphere, the decor varies according to the seasons, from spring to Christmas atmosphere. In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
