This cosy apartment in our family home has a separate entrance and garden terrace. Located just steps away from the charming medieval hilltop village of Gračišće, the apartment has lovely views of the countryside and rolling hills. A shaded parking spot is available free of charge in front of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The interior of the apartment is pleasant, but if necessary, air conditioning is available with agreement and permission from the host.

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Our house is situated in small VILLAGE in central Istria. We are not in a city or by seaside. Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7 - 20h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.

Smještena je u mirnom selu Ružići u blizini Labina i mjesto je u kojem ćete se moći u potpunosti opustiti, uživati u miru, prirodi i odmoru kakvog zaslužujete. Udaljena je 15 minuta vožnje od Labina i 20 minuta vožnje od Rapca koji je poznat po kristlnom moru i prekrasnim plažama.
