Historisches Reetdachhaus

Die denkmalgeschützte Reetdachkate befindet sich in der Ortsmitte von Albersdorf. Diese besondere Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im Luftkurort, mit seinem Steinzeitpark, im Herzen von Dithmarschen, benötigt. Das Haus, mit ca. 140 m2 Wohnfläche und einem antiken Kamin, steht den Gästen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Von hier aus lassen sich viele Ausflüge an die Nordsee (Büsum 30 und Speicherkoog in Meldorf 20 Autominuten, ...) unternehmen.

The ground-level apartment is located in a semi-detached house directly on the edge of the forest. We live next door with our cat and directly next to the shared garden is our horse stable with pasture. Enjoy your coffee in the beach chair and look at nature. Located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein in the Aukrug Nature Park, the property invites you to go cycling and hiking. The historic Ochsenweg leads past here. The North Sea and the Baltic Sea can be reached in an hour by car.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Reetdachhaus von 1750. Das frühere Dielentor wurde durch ein großes Glasfenster ersetzt. Davor lässt es sich morgens herrlich den ersten Kaffee genießen und in der Sonne frühstücken. Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Schleswig-Holstein, im Naturpark Aukrug mit wunderbaren Möglichkeiten für Fahrrad- und Wandertouren. Mit dem Auto können Nord- und Ostsee in ca. 1 Std erreicht werden. Ein Parkplatz ist auf unserem Hofplatz immer vorhanden.

Die Wohnung hat einen Wohnraum mit Essgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Küchenzeile, die alles bietet. Außerdem ein modernes großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpoolwanne. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Kreisstadt Itzehoe seid ihr mit dem Auto in 10 Min, nach Büsum fahrt ihr 45 Minuten und Hamburg ist mit Bus und Bahn sehr gut erreichbar.

Northwest of Hamburg in beautiful Schleswig Holstein is our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right around. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.
