Die 60qm Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus, in ruhiger Lage von Heilbronn-Ost. Es kann mit einem Pkw im Innenhof vor der Fassade, vor der Wohnung geparkt werden, oder auch kostenfrei vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Bei einer Buchung uns bitte mitteilen, ob nur das Bett, oder auch die Schlafcouch zum übernachten benötigt werden. Das laden von E-Autos ist nur nach Absprache und Kostenübernahme von 0,43.- kw/h erlaubt, bei weiteren Fragen einfach melden.

Die großzügige Terrasse und der einzigartige Ausblick in das Steinbacher Tal hat in jeder Jahreszeit seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen lädt zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller meines Hauses. Sie nutzen die Wohnung nur für sich und haben auch einen eigenen Eingang. Der Wohnbereich ist ein helles Zimmer und hat eine Fläche von ca. 26 qm². Das Sofa dient als Schlafmöglichkeit und hat eine breite von 1,40 m und reicht für 2 Personen aus. Auf dem Sofa befindet sich eine Schaumstoffaufpolsterung von ca. 6 cm. Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit dient ein normales Bett. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

Wohnung in zentraler Stadtlage

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Rand der Altstadt und somit ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich ein paar Treppen und Höhenmeter müssen überwunden werden (Typisch Hall). Der Marktplatz (bekannt von den Freilichtspielen Schwäbisch Hall) und die Michaelskirche sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Quasi Treppen runter und schon ist man da. Die Gästewohnung befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude mit eigenem Zugang. Wir, die Gastgeber, sind die Nachbarn.
