Edward is a very kind and friendly person. He helped us to find great pubs, tearooms and other highlights. He always replied very fast and really upgraded our stay in Cornwall. We definitely recommend Edward and his nice apartment. If we come back to Cornwall, we are sure to stay again with Ed.

Great place to get away from it all, with easy distance from Dartmoor and other surrounding walks. The area is great for dogs to play around. Our dog is very anxious so was great to have his own little area to run around in! The hut itself is cosy, with everything we needed. Even staying in February the hut was warm and shower was perfect and hot. Great after a cold walk.

This is a very lovely place to stay and to spend some time . The garden and birds are worth the visit as well as staying in such comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Everything provided was of best quality . Would highly recommend and Judith a friendly and helpful host .

Had a wonderful couple of nights at Lucinda’s cottage. It was a perfect base to explore Dartmoor and we had such a lovely weekend…we had everything we needed for our stay and Lucinda was a great host, thank you for the lovely selection of treats on arrival, we will definitely stay again.
