Family-friendly vacation rentals in Jablanac

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

Appartamento perfetto. Bella posizione, 5 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia sabbiosa e dal bellissimo lungomare con vista sul centro storico di Rab. Accoglienza simpatica e attenta.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Vesna. Sie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist super gelegen, von dort kommt man schnell überall auf die Insel. Auch zum Strand ist es zu Fuß nicht weit, die Straße war in keinster Weise störend. Vesna hat uns ein paar tolle Strände empfohlen an denen wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Am besten ist der Plaza Ribon. Die Zeit auf Rab und in Vesnas Apartment war wirklich sehr schön, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

Die Unterkunft ist einfach zauberhaft! Alles perfekt sauber, Marina und Famielie sind alle supernett und herzlich! Wir haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen ohne zu fragen. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und das Highlight ist definitiv der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon, sowie der fantastische Garten mit frischen Khaki, Granatäpfel und vieles vieles mehr. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen❤️❤️❤️

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt um einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu machen. Wenn man die Straße überquert ist man direkt am Meer an einem kleinen Strand - fußläufig sind auch noch etwas größere Strände. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber für zwei Personen perfekt. Auf dem Balkon hat man eine hammer Aussicht und mit der vorhanden Markise lässt es sich auch im August mittags dort gut aushalten. Der Pool ist perfekt um sich zwischen durch abzukühlen - und wir haben dort zu jeder Zeit eine freie Liege bekommen. Daniela war eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin! Zusammengefasst kann man die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen😊

We (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 dog normal size ;)) had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Minja is an amazing host, the apartment was clean, well equipped and we especially liked the terrace and the garden in front. Ocean is a short walk (<5min) away, it's a quiet area. Window blinds are good and keep the rooms dark - specially with a kid very helpful. Would stay here again and can recommend it!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Ein wunderbarer Ausblick, ein Traum! Marin und seine Familie sind freundliche Gastgeber und das ganze Ambiente ist sehr entspannend und herzlich! Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Ines‘ Unterkunft ist zwar etwas schwer zu finden, aber das macht die Gastgeberin mit ihrer guten Erreichbarkeit und Anweisungen wieder wett. Wir haben eine ruhige, private Unterkunft gesucht, in der wir abschalten können - und genau das haben wir bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bleibt im Sommer angenehm kühl. Es gab WLAN, aber ich habe es eigentlich genossen, keinen Empfang zu haben. Das war ein wunderbar entspannender Urlaub. Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen. 10/10!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Drazen is the best Airbnb host I’ve stayed with, ever so kind and helpful, he had local cheese and ham for us when we arrived as well as a big tray of cakes and made us feel very welcome all week. This was a slice of paradise. A truly stunning location on the side of a valley with beautiful views. A lovely old stone house that felt really traditional and cosy with lots of outside space and a great pool. We had the best week staying at Drazen’s place. There are lots of things to do in the region, lovely old towns like Šibenik, beautiful beaches and national parks.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.
