As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The 20-tatami mat living room with a high ceiling has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and is a relaxing space for families and friends. When you go out from the window to the terrace, you can see the sky and sea spreading out from the sea.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, go up one more flight of stairs to the sky deck.There is only nature as far as the eye can see.The breathtaking scenery spreads out. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. It is a detached house located in the mountains of Tanushi. There are no neighbors within 100 meters, so please enjoy your private space. It is a great space for those who enjoy a view of Irita Beach, a beach recognized as the highest ranked water quality AA, from a hill, the sound of birds chirping, the sound of the wind, and embracing nature as they are. Forget about your daily life and spend a quiet time in secluded nature, or use it as a workation or telework. I look forward to it.
