Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. From November 1, 2025, we will only accept 4 guests.

Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

This charming house with parts from the 18th century, has two floors, with master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dedicated study downstairs. There is also the small bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a larger living area with TV, a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The garden invites to coffee moments in the small arbor, games on the lawn, or a walking tour among the beautiful apple trees.

The nature is lovely and there are hikes all the way around Halen, canoes can be rented at Halenkanot Olofström In Olofström city about 4 km there are good shopping opportunities food, Systembolag, pharmacy and small clothes/sports shops. It's an apartment located at the front of our machine barn with a main house a little from there. The apartment has a private entrance and private terrace.

What a nice place! Very idyllic with the stairs up. Upon arrival, we were surprised about the finishing level of the house. Really great! And when three kittens came around the corner to look, our stay was complete ;-). The only tip I would give is to replace the beds. We actually found them a little too soft, and too bad they pushed apart. But other than that, absolutely great!

We had a lovely time at the farm. Milla, Johan and Niklas are great hosts and their place is just so beatiful and peaceful. A great base to explore beaches and nature parks in South Sweden with so much to do within short driving distances, the little farm is an attraction in itself with plenty to space to roam and play for the children and grown ups (chicken, trampoline, graden hose, fire place, peas!). We felt very much at home and very welcome. The appartment is just lovely, spaceous and well arranged and designed. Highly recommended. Only regret it we did not stay longer.

Warm, likeable and wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable and immediately took Brana & Anders into our hearts. The place was lovely and there were flowers in the kitchen and lavender in the living room and bedroom to welcome us. We were allowed to snack on tomatoes, physalis and raspberries from the garden. The tips for excursions were good and the surrounding area is wonderful.

Good overnight stay for workers, appropriate distance to Mörrum's use. Clean and nice in quiet area! Very good hosts who responded quickly and were able to help in case anything was missing (in our case pot)! Recommended for others and would use it again!

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.
