Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

With only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd you will find a newly built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring fishing rod for fishing, or the binoculars to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds passing through. Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Nice villa with the sea as the closest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Husdjur välkomna Fiske är ej tillåtet i dammen!
