Fantastic small house in the middle of Skånska wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Private location with lake property and own dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in masterbedroom. Full equipped kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Patio with barbecue and cozy fireplace. Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Electric charger for car is available against fee.

Modern cottage with beach plot

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Relax with the family close to nature in this charming house next to the forest and apple orchards. The house overlooks beautiful Lake Ivösjö. Located on the slope of Vångaberget. Enjoy breakfast/lunch out in the sun on the balcony or watch the sunrise through the conservatory windows in three directions. The house has been renovated and furnished with nice recycled materials. Child-friendly swimming area about 5 minutes walk from the house. Close to hiking, skiing, fishing and outdoor activities. Grocery store 10 minutes by car. Shopping in Kristianstad 20 km away.

Cabin with its own dock

Accommodation on the shore of Skåne's largest lake, Ivösjön. The open living room, together with the terrace, offers fantastic views. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Relax with family/friends in this peaceful home. Only 150 meters from Skåne's largest lake, Lake Ivösjön. The cottage is 90 sqm and is decorated in a modern style with most amenities. Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the property and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

There are no musts here, just peace. The house is not suitable for toddlers. Children must be at least 9 years of age.
