Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Itogon

My family stayed here during the holy week. it was a great stay at Marc’s place. Actually it’s way better in actual than in the photos here. Very easy to locate, seriously squeaky clean space. I would like to add the water pressure didn’t disappoint which is usually the concern when staying anywhere in baguio. Sir Marc and his family made sure all we need to make us comfortable in our stay is provided upon check-in and during our whole stay. Definitely will book again and recommend the place!

Kareena's place was a blessing. I stayed for the month of January and I had an excellent start to the year. I was hear to work on my business and a music project. Kareena accomodated me with an office chair and I was able to rent a bike through them. She was very helpful and repsonsive to anything I asked for - whether it was recommendations for cafes or places to shop or visit, everything was well presented. They were also very kind and provided me with a bag to climb Pulak on my last weekend. I really enjoyed my stay, the coffee shops were great and allowed me to be productive. Baguio itself is lovely city with plenty of choices for food and shopping. The locals are very kind and freindly, I always felt safe. I didn't enjoy the air quality of the city when out walking the busy streets but this was my only complaint. The local massage places were all top notch also. I'd come come back again. Especially to explore more the country and do more trekking outside of Baguio. Kindest, Rob

great location , its quiet and peaceful with easy access to teacher’s camp (location of wedding we attended) ,wright park, the mansion, mines view and food sheperd. The unit is comfortable enough for us to stay with beautiful overlooking of mountains. The host is very reaponsive and accomodating aa mga request and pasuyo ko. will definitely book again soon. thank you so much ❤️

It's a unique property in tge forests along the highlands clise to both the Mansion and Mine's View. Very friendly host. Its the best choice for anyone who wants to experance the real montain village life in Baguil. As its on the highland, its good for people whol love and able to climb high and long everyday. The transportation to this location is a chanlenge tge listed adress needs to be u p dated for Grab booking. An unique 5 star house for vidiying Balguil.

Nice place to stay. Functional for us since we’re a family of 5. The kids were able to move around freely. Very good ventilation for all the rooms and living area. Parking space provided was also a real good bonus! Overall, we love the place and will highly consider it again for our next trip to Baguio.

My partner and I have been going back and forth in Baguio city several times and this homestay is the only place I can say that is totally recommendable... easy to locate, very friendly and accommodating specially lahat ng SG's. Kudos to Ma'am Janet..it was an tremendous and great stay at your place. We enjoyed our entire week of vacatiob, and even able to work quietly and peaceful at night. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Bryan and was smooth and quick. Eugene, the caretaker was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back! 💜

Plenty of space for our 15-pax group. The house was spotless and had so many interesting atifacts for the kids to look at and ask about. There are four floors and the stairs are quite steep, groups with seniors be advised. The rooms were cool despite the lack of air conditioning, good strong supply of hot water. Spectacular view out of the topmost balcony. Recommended, would stay again!

The place was so big (especially for us na 15 pax lang), clean and comfortable. My family loved it! They even want to extend our stay, but since we have works the next day, we just planned on going back again. It really felt like home and I personally love the kitchen because it have everything we need. My nephews and nieces also loved the place because of the huge space. Malaya silang nakakalaro. Overall, we had a really nice stay at Boknay’s house. Ate Emma and Sir Aurelio are so nice and responsive. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!! Sobrang worth it ng binayad namin!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

Eden's place in Baguio was great! Lots and lots of space. Eden was also very helpful and very responsive in her communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Baguio.

Thea is very accommodating, we booked at the last minute and had a few delay going to the place. But she has been patient and understanding. The room we rented was on the top floor, which is the 3rd floor. The access are through spiral staircases which might be troublesome for seniors and pets, but since we are all middle aged and able, we don’t mind this. I am early in my pregnancy and I didn’t mind the stairs too. We even brought a cooler with us and were able to carry it up the stairs. The water pressure is okay, they have water pump that’ll help address it. The place is best at night, we love spending time in the balcony. It is located in a residential area and going around Baguio would mean you have to drive around. No tourist spot is walking distance, but it’s not a far drive. Overall, it’s a good experience and would love to stay there again.

stayed Jan-20-22. The place is great. The location is peaceful you can relax. The owner and caretaker is easy to taked to. very responsive and accomodating. i recomend this place. Till next Vacation Sir Alex.

Well, unfortunately it was raining when we arrive so its not their fault that we encountered some issues. I've read the details they posted of the location and its already enough to find the exact house using Google Maps. The area has a stiff climb from where we came and has tight parking spot so its quite challenging so I cannot recommended this for guest with cars or with unexperienced drivers. Not sure if that parking was really meant for us but I'm glad we were able to use it so its quite convenient even when we arrive late at night from going around the city. We are not a "maarte" or picky family, as long as its safe and clean we are good to go. And this accommodation was already good enough for us, plus it has great view from the balcony where we used to eat and relax. Everything we need for a house are also provided so our stay really went well. The wifi is quite fast as well. Overall, this accommodation was great for us, a family with kids, and would love to come again.

the place is really clean especially the bathroom, kitchen utensils are there for you to use, and you can use most of his appliances to include microwave oven n toaster, you can also cook simple dishes for breakfast, highly reccommended

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. The unit has everything we needed and is perfect for our group size of 10 pax including a few kids and senior citizens. In my mind I assumed the unit would have AC but I take it as my own bad I should have clarified beforehand and overall didnt impact a comfortable stay. Thank you and more power!

We really had a very relaxing stay. The place was very homy and ideal for family. We love the hospitality and ease of communicating with the owner and ate Jennifer. We really felt so secured also in this place because of the strict but friendly guards. And best of all, it is one of the few places left that gives you a very peaceful atmosphere despite being located in the heart of the City. Definitely we will be staying here again on our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pines Garden Villas! The place is stunning , we completely fell in love with it. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a perfect little escape. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Rix's place is same as what is posted, quiet environment and is sufficient for 5pax. Usual kitchen ammenities is available for us to cook simple meals.
