Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Itogon

Stephen & Michelle's airbnb home was great! Worth every buck! The area was quiet, private, and peaceful. The description and pictures, perfectly matched everything in person. It's a few minutes away indeed from the hustle of the city so its a great deal to be able to stay at thier airbnb home. Cheers!

The place was just as described—clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking. We really appreciated how homey and quiet the place was, perfect for a restful visit to Baguio. One thing to note: while the house itself is great, the roads leading to it (and many parts of Baguio) are very steep and narrow. If you're bringing a car or not used to mountain driving, just be prepared. It might be a bit challenging at first, but manageable with caution. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and peaceful home base in Baguio!

Great stay for big families, house is away from the busy baguio city, super peaceful environment. Ate Lorna is also very helpful. Quite steep slopes to reach house so make sure your cars won’t have issues driving back and forth on your stay. Wifi signal can be improved and attic fan needs to be fixed But other than that, definitely recommend! Will love to go back here again :)

My family enjoyed our stay. Huge place, plenty of activities for kids and best of all, we loved the city view! Will definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

Very clean & accessible to the city proper

For the 2nd time that we stayed here, still they manage to go beyond our expectations. Kuya Ralph was very attentive and helpful as well as the owner. They're are also very considerate with our requests. We are looking forward to our next stay again soon at their lovely place.

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

It's a great, new condo in a great location of Baguio. I really recommend spending some time on the roof top terrace when visiting, as the view from up there is breath taking! I'd stay here again for my next visit.

Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

We had such a great time during our 3 nights stay .Most of the day was spent outside, but coming home to RJ’s place made us feel so relaxed and welcome. The scenic view from the balcony was amazing, definitely comparable to the popular parks where people go to hehehe A lot of friends have already asked me about the place, so I hope they find this when they plan their own trip to Baguio. Thanks again! 🌿🏡 Also You can easily book a Grab- it’s super convenient and flexible. Our car was coding, so we had to take one, and everything went smoothly, even though the place isn’t right by the highway. We really appreciated how hassle-free everything was, even food deliveryi 🫶

Good homestay. Spacious and clean. Very good view -dawn & sunset and even at night time.Veranda is very very good place to relax.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Bryan and was smooth and quick. Eugene, the caretaker was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back! 💜

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️

Ralph's place is awesome and highly recommended. We held our annual family reunion at his place in Baguio. We are a large family of almost 40 people and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The rooms have high quality bunk beds and the teens and kids enjoyed the very spacious attic where they all slept together. Furthermore, the parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars and the backyard campfire truly made this place remarkable.
