The house is beautiful and modern. It's over an avenue which makes it a friendly place to walk. There are pharmacies, supermarkets, nearby. Ideal for moving around and moving to the commercial circuit. Downtown is a few blocks away. Everything is very excellent

Great little find, quiet location a short walk over the bridge into town. Little pool on the roof was a nice surprise. Spacious, clean, safe and plenty of cooking equipment to self cater.

It was impeccably clean, very well equipped and located in a quiet area, ideal for resting but also close to everything you need. You can tell that Silvano takes care of every aspect with dedication. What really made a difference was the hospitality. Silvano not only made sure everything worked perfectly, but also provided local recommendations that made my experience in Encarnación even richer and more authentic. I recommend this accommodation with total confidence and, if I have the opportunity to return to Encarnación, I would definitely choose it again.

We adore! The place is super well located, the wonderful breakfast, and the rooms were clean, with the air conditioning on, leaving the ideal environment to enter. The only problem was the delay in the reservation response and the fact that the bed had a broken foot. The chamberhouse had to improvise with a brick as there was no other room available for change.
