It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

The house is on the block of the sea in a quiet beach resort of Itapoá, Uirapuru. It is SPACIOUS and an excellent choice for leisure and rest. It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE GRILL. The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JANUARY TO MARCH/2026 THE BEACH IS UNDERGOING EXPANSION WORK, with some access restrictions

They can accommodate 8 to 13 people.

The house is located facing the sea on the paradisiacal beach of Ubatuba. With distinctive decor, it features integrated environments, a kitchen, a game room, a TV with SKY HD, a barbecue area and a dining room facing the sea. The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!

Very safe place with private entrance and land, no contact with third parties.
