Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

I really liked the location, the beach is very close, less than 400 meters, the apartment is very good, only one thing was wrong in the listing, in person it is much better, top score 10

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
