Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

It was one of the best experiences we've had in hosting. Fernanda and her parents welcomed us as if we were family. We arrived and found the house smelling of cleanliness and the wood stove already lit (I had mentioned to Fernanda that this was one of my mother's passions: cooking on the wood stove and they were very helpful and had already done the work)! We don't have to worry about anything, because the house is super complete. Complete bedding, plenty of blankets available since we went in the very cold period, cleaning supplies also available, extra mattress, etc. We will definitely go back.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

What to say about this stay? Maravilhosa. The house surprised us from the moment we joined it. Ampla, with the 5 suites as described, private, always clean swimming pool, with the homemade who passed the house every 2 days, keeping it always clean for use. The surprise came because the house is bigger than it looks on the picture. It has all the amenities to cook, something we did in a family with a lot of constancy, in addition to using the barbecue space a lot. At night, we adults sat chatting on the outer sofas. The sea is just steps away and the host still offered umbrellas and chairs. Thank you very much Arnaldo, it will always be very well recommended and, when we think about guaratuba as a destination, it will definitely be at your home.

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We loved the place, a condominium with lots of activities for kids even in rainy weather. Jurema is always very kind. I recommend it and intend to return.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
