Private suite vacation rentals in Italy

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Ruhige Oase mit guter Busanbindung und 2 tollen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Hunde und Katzen sowie die Zitronenbäume runden das ganze ab.

Clean Space, very well connected to the Metro. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Emidio was very responsive and helped us in every way possible. Only thing to note (not a bad thing though): the Airbnb doesn’t have a kitchen or sink. Only a microwave and an air fryer. It does however have a big fridge (without cooler) and cutlery. Overall it was perfect for visiting Rome! Thank you, until next time.

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Triest. Marta ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft selber ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen mit allen wichtigen Sachen! Wir waren sofort begeistert als wir das Appartement betreten durften. Unsere ein-jährige Tochter hat ein sauberes Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung bekommen. Auch sie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof ist natürlich in einer großen Stadt wie diese, wo es nicht so einfach ist welche zu finden, ein absoluter Traum! Ein Auto mit großem Wendekreis hat hier keine Probleme! Wir danken Federica für den Aufenthalt und die Tipps sehr! Wenn wir Florenz wieder besuchen dann wissen wir, wo wir nächtigen können! Danke!!

Patrizia and Pierluigi's place is more than it shows. The photos can not give justice what their place looks like. Sunrise and sunset are unbelievable. Very quiet place on a very special neighborhood. The room were we stayed had everything one could ask for. Pierluigi wasn't there but Patrizia answered all our questions and gave us very good recommendations. The only downside is the steps to get to the room with luggages. Definitely not for people with physical restrictions, but we already new about that from the pictures we saw on Airbnb. Thank you Patrizia for everything.

Great location with a view. Aniello was very helpful. We arrived early a day he held our bags and put them in our place for when we returned later in the day.

Lovely home, we loved our time in Tuscany and loved to have Gianpietro’s place as a retreat to relax and enjoy the views. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist architektonisch stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Den wunderschönen Gartenbereich konnten wir mitbenutzen und dort entspannen. Einziges Manko wäre, dass viele Fotos nicht wirklich dem Apartment zugeordnet werden können. Es entsteht ein leicht verzehrter Eindruck. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen:)

An excellent location in the heart of Ostuni. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure and shower. Was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately after arrival. Parking a car takes a little time to figure out if you’re new to Ostuni, but once you get familiar with the place it gets easier. Overall a wonderful apartment that is comfortable and well positioned to explore Ostuni.

Giovanni’s home was better than the photos, absolutely beautiful! The room was very spacious and extremely clean. We arrived hours before check in and he was there to greet us and let us in. Cortona was the most charming and beautiful town as well as the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the pool! Thank you Giovanni!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ester Ester est très réactive ce qui est fort agréable Le cadre est magnifique et le coin jacuzzi paradisiaque. Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

Wir durften 6 traumhafte Tage in der Suite am Meer verbringen. Ein Ort der unsere Herzen ab dem ersten Moment mit Glück und Liebe gesättigt haben. Wunderschöner Ort mit einer unglaublichen Gastgeberin. Laura und Alfred haben uns jeden Wunsch von der Lippe abgelesen und unseren Aufenthalt so unvergesslich gemacht. Gerne möchte ich dabei betonen, dass sie beide, sehr professionell sind. Privatsphäre wird bei ihnen sehr hoch geschrieben. Dazu kommt dieser Wille, einem den perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Suite ist ein Ort der Schönheit und der Liebe. Von Anfang bis Ende eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Die Aussicht auf das Meer hat meinen Augen und meinem Herz sehr gut getan. Danke ❤️

Spacious and clean, well connected to city centre with public transportation. Kitchen tools very basic, but you don’t want to cook at home while in Bologna

Ons verblijf bij Alessia was geweldig. Zij is erg toegankelijk, zorgzaam en attent het huis was perfect, van alle vemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Alessia spreekt goed Engels waardoor de communicatie erg soepel verliep. Ze gaf ons veel tips over de omgeving en was super behulpzaam om de trein en boot naar Cinque Terre en andere plaatsen te vinden. Van harte aanbevolen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Turin. L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter le centre ville. Les trois chambres ayant chacune une salle de bain avec wc étaient très pratiques. Les instructions de Silvana sont très claires et les conseils de restaurants et de visites bien utiles.

Elisa est très accueillante et le lit est très confortable. Proche de la mer et accessible en bus depuis Rome. Il y a plein d'endroits où manger à proximité et un supermarché. Route un peu bruyante juste à côté.

Une famille très accueillante, serviable , pleine de bonnes intentions. Très proche du lac d Orta et une vingtaine de minutes du lac Majeur. Plusieurs supermarché à proximité en voiture. Marché le vendredi, avec notamment deux petits vendeurs extra. L'un des pâtes fraîches et l'autre du fromages. ils sont face à face et parlent français.

Lino and Davide were super proactive to communicate, it was easy to get there and access the place, basthroom was clean and brand new, and the washing machine was aldo very useful!

It was the best experience we couldn've had in the Amalfi coast, Andrea is an amazing host, considerable, thoughtful and truly caring, we felt through our whole trip we had a back. You can walk to Amalfi down stairs, approximately 30 minutes- it's okay when you go down , a bit hard when you go up the stairs. There's also a bus which takes the same time. we liked the location because it's local experience but still really close to Amalfi, also it's much cheaper which is a plus. Most importantly, Andrea was amazing- answer every question made sure we were safe and we'll definitely be back soon.
