We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location! The gardens are are beautifully maintained, with gorgeus flowers, a lemon tree and strawberries that you can harvest yourself. We really enjoyed our time here, especially sitting on the terrace in the evening sun with the stunning views! There are two adorable cats too who we enjoyed cuddling with! Francesca was really friendly and responsive, and gave us some delicious local produce including home made jams! The property had everything we needed, even a baby bath for our little one!

Our stay at Casavecchia in Tuscany was the highlight of our European trip so far. What a wonderful experience! Mario’s villa was a beautiful, peaceful, escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, and loved Federico’s authentic food. A full buffet breakfast each morning was included, making our stay even greater value for money. Iona was so friendly and gave us many great walking tips, as we didn’t have a car. Federico also kindly drove us to the local train station when we left (which we were sad to do!) Thank-you all for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely recommend your place to all, and hope to return one day.

we stayed in Al Portec for a month. It was literally our home. Everything was as it should be: the location, the surroundings, the view, the house, the bedroom, the shower, the fully equipped kitchen. But the most important thing is the service we received. James solved every problem we had and answered every question, much faster than chatgpt... We had the honor and pleasure of meeting Ms. Yiyi who took care of us impeccably. To put it in a nutshell... it was amazing.

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. Everything you need is in the accommodation and there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling on vacation from the beginning. You can explore Tuscany very well from here and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is simply perfect.

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

The communication before the arrival was super. Also when we arrived we experienced hospitality and were at home right away. We visited Azurro, Florence and Siena from this location! Thank you Marian for the good time!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

Delightful cottage, well renovated, cozy, well-kept, clean and really equipped with every comfort, anything that came to mind was present and available. The location is amazing with a breathtaking landscape, certainly meeting the needs of lovers of relaxation, the trails that surround it and the silence that reigns supreme, broken only by the chirping of birds. Kind, responsive and welcoming host, to whom we thank for the supplies found in the pantry and for the availability to meet us at check-in. Satisfied with the choice, I highly recommend it. My husband, our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation for 5 days between walks with Gina, readings and excursions to nearby villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every comfort. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. There was no need because her home has everything it needs to be a little slice of heaven! We left, with the desire to return as soon as possible.

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

an incredible place to stay, even better than the photos, lots of thought has gone into the accommodation design and use. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking, there lots of storage space in the wardrobes and bathroom. The views from each balcony is amazing and makes this place very magical

This is our second time at this property and we will return again next year. It is in a perfect location, extremely comfortable with everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Loriana and her family make you feel at home and even baked us cakes. I would have no reservations on recommending this place, fabulous holiday had by all.

Highly Recommend. Bianca and her husband (and spaniel dog called pearla) were Excellent Hosts and the House was situated in the best area in Tuscany, 20 min away from the centre of Florence, yet embedded in a picturesque panoramic view. Bianca also was very helpful with local guides, trips to the town and city centre; very friendly and warm host. The surroundings and nature was amazing, you will be able to see deers, rabbits, horses, wild pigs and more. The house itself is beautiful and Bianca has 4 amazing unique suits to choose from. We were also lucky to use the pool that looks over the fields. Definitely will return.

We love Davide’s place! This is a converted barn which is very well designed. The space is comfortable has a small kitchen and a very nice bed on the attic. There is a nice pool and a great view. There is also a great outdoor balcony/patio space (covered). Davide is a great host. Helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend it!

Amazing place, truly breathtaking view, amazing for photos, the kitchen has everything you would want, great TV, bedroom is so comfy, the entire apartment was spotless, host was amazing and very responsive with great recommendations, definitely recommend this if you are thinking about it just book it.

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. We had a great time at Irene's, a very good place that I would highly recommend. You have to bring tissues for the tears you shed after the day of departure from Irene's!

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Arriving at this property took our breath away. The views, while matching the photos, looked even better in person. We had a girls trip and everyone was comfortable in our apartment, all amenities available, and clean linens. The reception was so helpful on our many queries. We were able to easily take the bus to and from Firenze (Florence) from just outside of the property making it easy for us to have a restful day parking the car at the property. Finally we were able to join a wine tasting on the property that was very convenient and informative! Thank you so much….highly recommend this property !
