Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. The flat overlooks the Aurelian Walls with 'Parco delle Mura Aureliane' in one direction and 'Parco degli Scipioni' in the other, both less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED EXTRA BEDS We can host a maximum of 3 people over 12 years of age (municipal rules) but extra children are allowed. You can request: - an extra bed for a child under 12 years old (€15/night extra). The flat is in a 17th C palazzo on the 2nd floor. Has been recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping the old charm with modern touches. It has an airy feel, having day light on both sides. All windows are double glazed, blocking the noice. The master and 3rd bedroom overlook an internal courtyard, typical of the palazzo’s of its time. The second bedroom over looks a narrow Florentine road. From the sitting room, you can look out onto Piazza della Passera. A quaint small square, that has many restaurants including Quattro Leoni, a bar with great capuccino’s, and one of the best Gelatteria’s in town to cool down after a long day! Your main bridge would be famous Ponte Vecchio, from which you can access, the museums, The cathedral and all major attractions the city has to offer. The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The location is unbeatable! 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 200 meters to one of many underground parkings. Guests are have the whole use of the flat. Experience the Ponte Vecchio – the oldest and most romantic bridge in Florence. Visit the Piazzo Santo Spirito filled with unique artisans or take in a wine tour. Due to its location and proximity to all the main sights, the best way to get round is walking or by bicycle. Convenient stores and Chemists are few minutes walk away.

There are two separate bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer. I love travelling and you will find pieces of furniture of different origins and of modern design. My aim is that you feal at home during your visit to Milan! You will have access to the whole apartment. The building is located in the heart of Milan, just 5 minutes' walk from Piazza del Duomo. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket just outside the property and a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops for all tastes around the corner. The property lies circa 150 m (5 min walking) from the Duomo Metro Station from where you can reach any corner of the city.
