The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

La sauna è perfetta dopo una giornata alla scoperta del territorio. È una casa da vivere: colazione in giardino, un tuffo in piscina, una cena all’aperto o semplicemente qualche ora di tranquillità.

The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows.
