I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Das waren 4 unvergessliche Tage an dem Iseo See. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war atemberaubend schön. Sonnenaufgang mit Kaffee genießen. Alles sehr sauber, netter Empfang. Wir fanden den Ordner mit vielen Infos hilfreich. Patrick hat immer schnell geantwortet. In der Nähe sehr viele schöne Orte mit Cafés und Restaurants. Mit der Fähre kann man die schöne Insel Monte Isola gut erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Highlight ist der Ausblick. Einfach wahnsinn und traumhaft!! In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und Nicole ist super hilfreich und gibt auch gute Tipps & Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Sie war immer schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Märkte. Man fühlt sich sehr Einheimisch, da es keine Touristen gibt und dafür viele italienische Dörfer. Man erlebt also Italien im Original 😁

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles war makellos sauber. Die Einrichtung und die gesamte Ausstattung ist liebevoll und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation von Beginn an schnell und sehr informativ. Wir kommen wieder!

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter Venise et ces alentours ! hôtes disponible et réactif. appartement facile d'accès.Le calme est très appréciable pour profiter de l'extérieur ! Venise est facile d'accès par le bateau ! Murano est relié directement à l'aéroport par la navette (bateau). Restaurant très sympa à proximité...bref l'idéal pour visiter Venise et être au calme le soir!

Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Michele ed Esther sono degli host super!!!! molto premurosi, sempre disponibili e proattivi, visto che avevano la possibilità nel w.e. sono stati molto elastici e collaborativi sia per il check - in che per il check-out. Il posto è stupendo, immerso nel vende e circondato da un silenzio incredibile. Con soli 5 minuti di macchina hai tutto a tua disposizione: Ristoranti, Lago, Spiaggia, cantine, degustazione, borghi etc etc. Posizione strategica!!! Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Tolle kleine und feine Villa mit allem was man braucht. Ein eingezäunter und großer Garten für den Hund und eine nahe Gassi Runde durch die Natur, auch tolle „local“ Restaurants in Fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Villa ist Architektonisch interessant und sehr ansprechend und hell. Alles ist durchdacht und technisch hochwertig ausgerüstet. Wunderbare Oase mit Pool und allem was man braucht :) Sehr zu empfehlen! Cinzia ist super nett und hat schnell geantwortet! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche in Marias wunderschönem Haus am Lago di Vagli zu verbringen. Die Lage direkt am Stausee ist einfach traumhaft und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Bei jeder Frage oder Anfrage wurden wir sofort unterstützt. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit und wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Silvia hat uns in ihrem Häuschen einen traumhaften Urlaub beschert. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, mit einem Garten voller Olivenbäumen und gut riechenden Kräutern im Garten. Der See ist über einen privaten Zugang direkt vom Garten aus erreichbar. Man hat einen sensationellen Blick von der Terasse aus und findet an heissen Tagen Abkühulung im unteren Bereich des Hausen. Eine Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschiene, 2 Kühlschränke und super saubere Badezimmer standen uns zur Verfügung. Die Küche beinhaltete alles, was benötigt wurde. Das Geschirr war sehr sauber und die ganze einrichtung im Stil der 70 er gehalten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Paradies sehr genossen und alle Erholung und Entspannung gefunden. Danke Silvia für diese wunderbare Zeit!

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Spontan gebucht. Und problemlos kurzfristig alles nötige regeln können. Federico ist unaufgeregt kommunikativ und kann den Aufenthalt mit guten Empfehlungen verfeinern. Die Lage ist besonders. Der Ort hat wine gute Wirkung auf Körper und Gemüt. WeiläuAbgelegen aber nicht weit zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Ein schöner Pool. Geschmackvolle Räumlichkeiten. WlanJunckies könnten manchmal mit dem netz etwas hadern aber das Gesamtbild wird dadurch nicht geschmälert. Alles was sonst nötig ist,ist vor Ort oder wird von Federico prompt besorgt. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Florenz oder im Chianti. Jede Menge auch rustikale trattorias,Winzer und Oliven Bauern in der Nähe.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten und man konnte sehr gut mit den Ausflügen starten. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu zweit im Oktober in der Villa. Es war der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön! Ein wirklich ganz besonderer Ort. Super war die Außen Küche, von der man kochen konnte und trotzdem die Aussicht genießen. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet - viele Töpfe Pfannen , große Gefriertruhe, und großer Kühlschrank. Wir haben auch paar schöne kleinere Ausflüge machen können. Highlight war, dass wir uns auch einen Tag ein Boot gemietet haben und einmal um die komplette Insel gefahren sind - können wir jedem nur empfehlen mit Skipper oder ohne. Rund um ein perfekter, erholsame Urlaub mit vielen schönen Eindrücken! Wenn wir die Möglichkeit haben, kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke an Battista, der regelmäßig nach dem Pool geschaut hat und uns trotzdem nicht in der Privatsphäre gestört hat und immer erreichbarer, wenn wir Hilfe brauchen.

Beautiful and clean home & easy check-in/check-out. Host was very responsive and helpful. Recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Varenna. You cannot beat the views or the location!
