Beachfront vacation rentals in Italy

Beautiful, clean apartment over looking Amalfi. We had access to the balcony in front of our apartment but we also had another, larger balcony that had an even better view of Amalfi over looking everything with the Cathedral of St Andrew Apostle right in sight. It was a great place to end the day with a glass of wine. Id recommend this apartment to anyone!

Giuseppe is a great host, went above and beyond to accommodate us, on our morning of departure he made sure he was there to greet us off just as he did when we checked in, also Antonio from the ceramic shop had made us a souvenir that took 2 days to make but wasn't sure we would get it in time of our departure, Giuseppe was at our door step the early morning of our departure day with souvenir in hand, Above and beyond a true superhost, we hadn't left Italy yet and my wife and I are already planning our next trip back in the very near future. His excursion to pasteum was very well articulated and very knowledgeable. Again 5+ stars...

Gorgeous spot with the ocean as your back yard—we already want to come back to visit again!

Wow what an amazing apartment. The roof top terrace was so great with fantastic views of the beach. Restaurants and bars walkable. Lovely apartment nice and open plan. We loved our stay here, so relaxing.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

This apartment was perfect for us. It had the most stunning views and was easy to get to. It was a short walk to Amalfi as well. We also want to add that Antonio was fantastic to work with. When we missed our connecting flight coming in, he was super responsive and handled all the taxi arrangements for us!

Giula's place was beautiful. The apartment is in a family villa overlooking the beautiful beach of Sperlonga. You can hear the waves and the air is very crisp. It is easy to walk to both sides of Sperlonga and it's two beaches. Great place to relax and the warm hospitality of Giulia and Fiorella are a major part of our lovely stay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts that were always attentive to our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt part of the family.

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, views were stunning. Host was attentive and responsive. Care was given to provide many items to ensure we had all the items we needed on our arrival. Extremely thoughtful! We had two young children and were please to have everything we needed for them to lunch on arrival. So many special touches!! We had a hard time leaving, we hope to be back soon! Special thanks to Antonio, we won’t say goodbye but rather arrivederci !

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Super séjour chez Daniela. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Daniela est super arrangeante et nous conseillé de bonnes adresses qu'elle a pu réserver pour nous. Comme dans la plupart des logements en bord de mer de la région, le train passe juste derrière la maison ce qui est pratique pour aller visiter les villages environnants mais cause un peu de pollution sonore.

Eine Woche durften wir in der schönen Unterkunft verbringen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Lage, der frontale Blick auf das Meer, die Spaziergänge nach Castro zum Gelato und die Ausflüge im Salento. Für den Einkauf können wir den Coop in Marittima empfehlen - 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und es gibt alles was man braucht.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Michele’s Airbnb is truly exceptional! The photos are beautiful, but the apartment is even more stunning in person. We loved the peaceful setting away from the crowds—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was especially well-suited for my dad, who uses a wheelchair. We felt so comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Como. It was hard to say goodbye!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in beautiful Scopello. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the terrace was perfect for meals and relaxing together. There was plenty of space for the five of us to hang out, and having enough lounge chairs was a big plus. The villa was clean and well-kept. While sharing one bathroom was a bit of a challenge at times, we still really enjoyed our time. All in all, a great place to unwind in a stunning location.

Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

We spent a brilliant week here with our kids (11 and 13) and, although we had plans to explore more of the area, the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The house has a calm, welcoming feel that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Aside from a day trip to Syracuse, we were more than happy staying close. Pozzallo, a 5 min short drive away, has an incredible gelateria right on the beach. And just a stroll from the house is The Lampana, where we dined on many occasions. The food is fantastic, and the owner speaks perfect english. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. USB ports by every bed. A few practical tips: there’s no house manual, so ask all questions when you arrive. Rubbish needs to be taken to a local point, and remember to save cash for the tourist tax at checkout. But honestly - book it. The view takes your breath away! The pool was a joy, worth getting it heated (30 degrees) if you plan on using it a lot.

This was a FANTASTIC stay - one of the best we have every had! The entire house was roomy, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor living area was beautiful and the sunset view simply stunning! Michele is an equally wonderful host! Although we never had the opportunity to meet in person, I feel we know each other as if we had. He was immediately responsive, both well before our arrival in response to any questions we had and throughout our stay when we had a question. He was very generous with personal recommendations for dining and "excursions", many of which we followed. With so many beautiful places to see and stay in our world, this is one to which we are absolutely coming back! Great location, beautiful home and a very gracious host! Maria Sofia’s 2-bedroom penthouse must have the best view in all of Bogliasco. We wanted to spend all our time looking out at that view day and night! It’s spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished, with everything you need. If you’re used to boxes of facial tissue or kitchen paper towels, & bottled water, there’s a Basko supermarket nearby. Furnishings are full of character—with vintage cameras, ships in bottles, even a vintage telescope! Plants, baskets, & cushions make the place homey. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes within 10-15 minutes of walking, & so is the charming town center, with a piazza, church, stone bridge, wall art, green grocers, bakeries, & a gelateria with incredible gelato. My brother & I highly recommend Just Peruzzi, which has the most amazing & delicious Trofie pesto. Liguria is credited with inventing pesto, & at Peruzzi, you can really believe it! This was a wonderful vacation. Book early! This place is booked solid for the next 5 months!

Kleine wunderschöne Unterkunft ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Tagestrips nach Rom perfekt.

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Incredible Airbnb, best one we’ve ever stayed in, Giuseppe had absolutely everything you could think of, even down to the little touches, fresh food and wine. The view was incredible, could sit out in the balcony for days on end, and the recommendations were perfect, didn’t stray from the vicinity. Will definitely be back, if we’re able to get a booking! Unbelievable value. Thank you again Giuseppe for the great hospitality.

Apartment was such a treat and made our visit more memorable. It’s a several 100 meter walk (uphill on uneven narrow stone street without sidewalk) from the point where the taxi drops you to the apartment building front door. Not sure why the taxis are unable to drive up the hill. This information is provided the day of check in but not beforehand. So plan accordingly. We were fortunate to arrive just before dusk, but it could be challenging at night. Also, dragging luggage on the cobblestones is a challenge! But all the additional effort is worthwhile once you get into the apartment!
