Amanda is a perfect host! Perfect house, very well furnished, everything was wonderful! My family felt at home!

The house is exactly as shown in the listing, it is inside a condominium right on the sand, it is the one with the best view of the sea, it is complete, bedding, mattresses and comfortable pillows, it is practically all air-conditioned. Marla is super helpful, she responds quickly. The day we arrived at the house, we tried to turn on the TV in our suite and it was having problems. I told Marla, and she had a new TV delivered on the same day😯. Anyway, I highly recommend it...

Casa Iluminada was an incredible stay! Aside from being a beautiful property (that matched the photos perfectly), Joanna (host) was a sweetheart and extremely responsive. She helped us with so many recommendations that truly made our trip! The attention to detail and level of care was unmatched. The private chef duo Joanna connected us with was amazing and equally as caring. The girls part of the house cleaning crew were also delightful and helpful. Can’t recommend this stay enough, we can’t wait to return!

As soon as we arrived in Caanda, he was there to welcome us, showed us around the space and offered several suggestions of what to do, order, where to eat. Always available for questions throughout the stay. I went with my family, if you want a place to rest and enjoy the day you are choosing the right place. Everyone enjoyed it very much, from the beaches of Trancoso, to the house where we spent a good time. I thank Caanda and everyone who works there, if I go to Trancoso I will return more often.

Simple and extremely practical property for those looking for accommodation near the airport. Clean bed linens, stocked refrigerator, clean towels. Everything was very organized. I only used a few hours and had all the support from the host. We would like to highlight Vinicius de Jesus, an app driver that the host recommended to us. He was kind enough to pick us up at the accommodation at dawn to take us to the airport. We thank you for everything and recommend the accommodation to the entire Airbnb platform.

Positive points: The host sent messages with clear instructions. We entered the apartment easily and it was clean and well-maintained. Very clean pool but as we stayed a short time there was no time to use it. Not very positive points: one of the rooms had a slight musty smell, which caused irritation in my youngest daughter. The street has no pavement and with the rain, it puddled a lot of water. The Internet wasn't working. The host responded quickly, but because we left the apartment for dinner, we couldn't resolve the issue. Despite these issues, the stay was peaceful and I believe we will return soon. I recommend for the cost/benefit.

Awesome place. My wife, my son and I loved the place. Super cozy apartment, bed and bath linens all white and clean. Full kitchen. Environment with air conditioning and fan. We felt at home. The condominium has a very large swimming pool, an excellent leisure space with a barbecue. Condominium away from the city, a quiet and peaceful place, great for resting. You can go to the beach by a trail, the beach is beautiful. Deise gave us tips on places we love to visit. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I really liked the house. It's super comfortable, we felt right at home. It had everything we needed, well equipped. The neighborhood is very peaceful, calm and quiet — great for resting. Viviane is an amazing person, she welcomed us very well and was always ready to help with whatever was needed. Another trip to remember, and Porto Seguro remains a wonderful destination. The house was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The house really is incredible. Everything new, very clean, impeccable, beautiful, very practical and served our family very well (couple and a small child). The common area is also a delight. Large swimming pool, shade, shower, lawn. I have no words to describe how amazing it was. Ana and Sandra are wonderful. We were very well received ♥️ We felt at home and will be back more often for sure!

I stayed with my family from 5/5/2025 to 5/13/2025, excellent apartment, clean linens, kitchen with impeccable containers, I just missed an air fryer, it would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a future visit to Porto Seguro, I would definitely choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again.
