Our stay at Ondas Beach Resort was wonderful. The structure of the hotel is very good, all very clean and the service of the employees is of excellence. The whirlpool, swimming pools, fitness center, playground and excellent restaurants. The apartment is a real luxury: cozy, clean and with direct access to the pool, which, incidentally, is huge. The path to the condominium is through a lush ecological trail, which makes the arrival even more special. Although it is close to the center and the beach, I recommend using a car, as taxis usually charge high fares. João Ricardo was very attentive, responding quickly to our questions. I've had an amazing experience! The property was spotless! Everything was organized, clean, well decorated, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, with everything I needed nearby. Host Daniel was exceptional: super attentive, polite and always available to help with any questions. The stay with Cris was great… we arrived and she was very attentive, waited for us at the door and showed us everything in the house and the rules… During the stay, always asking if everything was okay, if I needed anything, but without being invasive, always with a lot of politeness and cordiality. I highlight as a positive the location of the house in Mundaí. Casa is close to bakery, markets, and mainly to Mundai beach, where I consider being and having the best restaurants by the sea (pau spoon, beach portal). But the house is not close to walking to the beach because the road (800 m) has two climbs. So just rent a car or uber and #like. The host always very helpful and attentive to the details that occurred but which were resolved promptly by him. The house is super cozy, meets 10 people comfortably (two families). Safe and super quiet neighbourhood. I loved the garden of the entrance of the house with lots of green and plants, which brings the feeling of tranquility. I highly recommend the house and will be back more often.

An amazing stay! Wish we could have stayed for weeks, we didn’t want to leave! We didn’t need or use the maid service, but the maid is there either way. That part, and paying for the electric bill, made our stay more expensive. However, I understand this info is in the listing.
