The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is at 900m altitude, so the climate is a bit harsher, but still very sunny in the summer. Especially the location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

We rent our caravan at the house. There are 2 adults. (140x200) and 2 children (bunk bed) space. Toilet and bathroom are in our house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, sleeping bag or made beds and pillows. Final cleaning is done by the tenant. Not included in the price is the visitor's tax, with which you get the leisure card for discounted admissions, as well as free bus. Cost for adults € 2.20 and for children from 6-15 years € 0.70 per day.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
