Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Fully refurbished in 2022, Sparrow’s Nest Cottage is set alongside a Victorian house and has picturesque views of the rolling North Downs. The cottage is right on the North Downs/Pilgrim’s Way and is 6 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Stay and Swim at our home & private indoor pool.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Simple yet cosy two bedroom annex we affectionately call The Little House. A few updates needed, but full of character and comfort. Perfectly located for guests travelling to or from the Le Shuttle and ferry ports, or working in the area. Homely and well-equipped, ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Includes a local info-pack with our favourite pubs, cafés, shops and scenic walks.
