Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

We were received very nicely by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything is very quickly accessible on foot. Parking spaces are also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which are within a minute's walk. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice was the cozy balcony with great view! Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Villa surrounded by greenery, located in a strategic position, a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful and renowned beaches in the area. The presence of two bathrooms, one per room, is very useful. Excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit nearby. It was a wonderful stay, made even more beautiful by their dog, Dexter. We'll definitely be back!

We only stayed for one night. The space is exactly as described, in a quiet area. Excellent balance between shaded and illuminated areas, spacious and well-ordered apartment. The terrace is definitely a strong point. We had problems with the hot water but Alessandro and his mother were very responsive in solving the problem. Great pizzeria nearby.

Luigi hosted us very warmly. The exchanges were very smooth between us. The listing is as described. Nothing to complain about. Go there with your eyes closed

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would especially like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When we were cold the first night, she brought us extra blankets the next day. A small WiFi problem was also solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a host with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
