Dotato di un confortevole salotto ed un angolo cucina, dov'è possibile gustare un buon caffè godendo della vista della città e del mare. Il bagno è in camera, fornito di tutto il necessario per l'igiene personale. La tipica colazione di Pizzo verrà servita in un bar della piazza centrale. Le pulizie sono giornaliere e le lenzuola vengono cambiate ad ogni nuovo ospite o ogni 3 giorni.

The studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, washer-dryer, TV, phone, linens (bed and bathroom), iron, microwave. At the entrance to the house, 150 security deposit must be given for any damages, which will be returned at the end of the stay, minus the electricity consumption.
