We can provide an internet connection as well as a travel baby bed/high chair for the youngest. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building that can be easily reached by elevator. With the sunny roof terrace and the central location, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our stylish apartment is located on a farm in the countryside. From the balcony you can look directly at the mountains and enjoy the tranquility. Whether child, dog, horse or motorcycle, we have a place for everyone. Our barbecue area may be used or simply relax in the deck chair. Our horses may also be ridden by arrangement, depending on the rider's ability. Bicycles are also available. A high chair, stroller and baby crib are also provided.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate living unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and small silent refrigerator, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
