Our house is 25 minutes from Salzburg, at the beginning of the Salzkammergut, 60 minutes from Hallstatt. Lake Irrsee is one of the warmest swimming lakes. 2 public beaches and our private beach can be easily reached on foot.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.
