Eine gute Wahl für Gäste, die etwas Besonderes suchen. Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern - für 4 Pers., 1 Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Dusche und WC.

Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Panorama-Apartment Ennstalblick

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!
