Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ipswich

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

We stayed in the annex for two nights while in the area - it was just what we needed after a busy couple of days. Easy private driveway parking, peaceful location, cosy and accomodation including large comfy sofa to relax on in the evenings. The annex was actually bigger than we realised from the photos. Gwyn was responsive, friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again when in Suffolk!

Loved our stay, perfect location for the wedding we attended. House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Alicia was helpful and welcoming, on hand to answer any questions.

It was an amazing stay for our little family of 3, Perdee was very responsive, friendly and flexible with letting us check in early and check out later. The location is beautiful and the scenery is something else. If you enjoy a peaceful stay and are a fan of animals this is a must stay! Can’t thank Perdee enough for the hospitality.

Andy & Carol are very friendly & helped us to settle in with no problems. They made sure we had everything we needed & adjusted breakfast to our personal needs, including GF items. We would recommend their lovely house to anyone looking to stay in a quiet location.

The Old Post Office is a real gem - perfect for a couple. It is beautifully appointed with lots of character. It has a new shower room and kitchen with everything we need. Karen provides a very generous welcome basket - with eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, butter, jam, milk, coffee, tea, juice and a bottle of Prosecco! We didn't have to worry about getting breakfast. Wickham Market itself is very picturesque with grocery shops open until late in the evening. It is a great base for Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge and Southwold - which we visited. There are also two pubs nearby - The Greyhound and the Crown - both of which have an excellent restaurant. Karen is very helpful. We accidently left our cool bag in the house and she offered to post it back to us. All in all, we highly recommend staying here.

Mistley is a charming village (town?) and there is a view down towards the quay. The house faces the Green and it is a quintessential English village scene with the occasional local walking by. There is a pub down the lane which is very convenient. The house is beautifully appointed with every convenience thoughtfully supplied. The decor is vintage charm, and extremely cosy. I will definitely be back to explore the area further and this very much feels like a home from home. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Nina’s home. We were visiting the area and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Check in and check out was very easy. Great place for child + dog and Nina was very easy to contact and responsive. Thanks Nina!

Great venue, service and food - highly recommend!!!

Really lovely spot. Travelled to visit Colchester and Dedham Vale. Penny and her husband made my dad and I feel at home in this pretty corner of Essex as we stayed in their open plan barn (lower floor). We were greeted upon arrival despite hold-ups meaning we arrived late and Penny showed us round. Their estate has a beautiful walk around which we made the most of and Penny recommended a number of spots to visit - we enjoyed a walk in a nearby wood. The room was light and comfortable, both beds were more than adequate and I enjoyed the ensemble of paintings and ornaments on display - it felt like a little home for a few days. Would recommend to a friend.

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kitty’s beautiful and interesting house. Kitty is warm and welcoming, and keen to help in any way. We felt very relaxed and welcome. Kettle and drinks in the bedroom and a wonderfully comfy bed. A great place to stay.

Couldn’t of asked for a better host and place to stay! Couldn’t do enough for me made me feel right at home, was even nice enough to cook an evening meal one of the nights! Would definitely return and couldn’t recommend more, thanks Wendy!

I stayed for 3 weeks doing an educational program. The Nest Box was nicely set up and quiet for studying. It is located in a safe neighborhood close enough to town for a nice walk.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Stephen was a great host and the room was very nice. The house is maybe a 7 minute walk from the train station. What I enjoyed very much was in the way we interacted. I had my room whenever I wanted to be by myself, and I also had very nice conversations with Stephen when I wanted to socialize. I felt very much at home and Stephen is a very nice person.

A gorgeous peaceful house with a gorgeous host! Aly was super responsive and attentive, whilst also being very chilled out which made us feel right at home. The house is so cosy and unique, with Fozzie her beloved pooch co-host around for breakfast belly rubs which was a particular highlight for us :) we loved our weekend stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sophie and James. There was myself, my cousin, my partner and our 6 month old boy. We felt right at home and I would give 6/5 stars if I could. I highly recommend James and Sophie’s home, which is spacious and comfortable, but it is the hospitality and their warmth that made the trip to Dedham a truly memorable experience. Also, the breakfast is delectable. Looking forward to hopefully coming back one day soon!

Holiday | Couple If we could leave more than 5 stars we would. We had the most relaxing stay at Laundry Cottage and Andrea was the most caring, kind & generous host who greeted us with tea and homemade ginger cake. We instantly felt at home, so much so that all of our plans for the evening went out of the window and other than a quick bite at the local pub we spent all evening relaxing in our room. The breakfast Andrea prepared for us the following morning was so delicious - homemade butter & marmalade, a freshly baked loaf, fresh eggs and overnight oats. We were sad to leave Laundry Cottage and wished we stayed an extra night. We will be back!

Za was very friendly, the rooms were spotless. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
