Monthly Rentals in Iowa City

I stayed in the cozy room, which is the smallest of the three available spaces. Even so, it was perfect. I had my own TV, fan, and mini fridge. The shared bathroom was rarely shared as there's a half bath near the other upstairs space, and I assume the basement space has its own full bath. Sheryl and Gordon are great, and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Bibian's. The home was clean and cozy and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

The location and coziness of the Porch Light were great! It was cool to have the communal space in the Salon and we ended up chatting with a very nice man who was at the space for a reading that got canceled. The space was dog friendly, which was lovely to be able to bring our dog. There was a very barky dog in the other unit but I do not fault the Air BnB for that. The walls were thin and there was not much of a sense of privacy during our stay which was fine but changes the atmosphere of a stay. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small notes, we had a nice time! Thank you Jennifer for being a very responsive and lovely host!
